Great Video - Hockey Concussions Explained in Layman's Terms

At no time in the NHL's history has there been such a focus on concussions.

Dr. Mike Evans is an Associate Professor of Family Medicine and Public Health at the University of Toronto, and a staff physician at St. Michael's Hospital.  He put together a neat 5 minute video so that hockey playing kids will recognize the symptoms of concussion.  It's also a great guide for parents, many of whom aren't quite sure about concussions or how to handle them.

Only one small point to make, a concussion doesn't necessarily involve a hit to the head. It can be caused by any jolt that has enough force or rotation to cause your brain to collide with your skull.
